Position Overview
Match Retail is seeking energetic and results-driven Coffee Sales Advisors to represent a premium coffee machine brand within Costco. As a Coffee Sales Advisor, you will engage with customers, highlight key product features, and drive sales in a fast-paced retail environment.If you are an outgoing and proactive individual with a passion for sales, this role is an excellent opportunity to showcase your skills.
Key Responsibilities- Actively engage with customers, effectively communicate product benefits, and create a compelling shopping experience.
- Assess customer needs and recommend suitable coffee machines to drive sales.
- Work independently at the kiosk, ensuring an inviting and organized display.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge to confidently address customer inquiries.
- Consistently meet or exceed sales targets.
- Program Duration: April 17, 2025 – June 30, 2025, with potential opportunities for future programs.
- Hours: 23 - 36 hours per week; shifts from Thursday to Monday, 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM.
- Compensation: $25 per hour + sales incentives per machine sold.
- Training: Paid online training (schedule to be confirmed).
- Minimum 6 months of retail sales experience, ideally with sales targets or incentives.
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales goals.
- Comfortable initiating conversations, engaging customers, and closing sales.
- Ability to thrive in a high-traffic, fast-paced retail setting.
- Previous experience in Costco or retail sales is an asset.
- Energetic, outgoing, and friendly personality.
- Access to a vehicle is required.
- Full availability Thursday to Monday, 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM.
