Job Description- Lead and manage the end-to-end execution of industrial, commercial, and institutional projects, including interior fit-outs and renovations.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Coordinate and collaborate with clients, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and internal teams to meet project goals and specifications.
- Oversee the management of subcontractors and suppliers, ensuring quality control and adherence to timelines.
- Monitor and manage project costs, identify potential risks, and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and contract requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
- Prepare and present progress reports, budgets, and status updates to clients and senior management.
- Drive problem-solving and resolve project-related issues, ensuring minimal impact on timelines and quality.
- Foster a collaborative and productive work environment, maintaining strong relationships with project stakeholders.

The Successful Applicant- Minimum 5 years of experience in industrial, commercial, and institutional (ICI) construction management, including interior fit-outs and renovations.
- Proven track record managing downtown Toronto projects, especially high-rise commercial buildings.
- Strong understanding of project management principles, including scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.
- Demonstrated ability to lead project teams, manage subcontractors, and collaborate with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and negotiation skills to handle project challenges and maintain stakeholder satisfaction.
- Proficient in construction management software, project documentation, and ensuring compliance with building codes and safety regulations.
- Ability to maintain a focus on both quality standards and timely project delivery.
