Job Description- Oversee and manage daily on-site construction activities for light industrial new build projects.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure project timelines are met.
- Ensure adherence to safety protocols and maintain a safe working environment for all staff on-site.
- Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to senior management and stakeholders.
- Review and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to ensure quality standards are met.
- Proactively identify and resolve any construction-related issues that arise during the project lifecycle.
- Manage site inspections, ensuring compliance with local regulations and codes.
- Maintain accurate project documentation, including daily reports and records of materials and labour.

The Successful Applicant
A successful Site Superintendent should have:
- Strong experience managing ICI GC/Design-Build projects, particularly in light industrial new builds.
- Solid understanding of construction processes, safety regulations, and building codes.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills to effectively manage on-site teams.
- Proven ability to handle multiple tasks and meet project deadlines efficiently.
- Proficiency in reviewing technical drawings and specifications.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making on-site.
