Accounts Payable Coordinator

Adecco is currently seeking an Accounts Payable Coordinator located in Ajax, Ontario. This is a 3-month contract role offering $25/hour, ideal for detail-oriented individuals looking to contribute to a fast-paced accounting team. • Pay rate: $25/hour.
• Location: Ajax, ON
• Shifts: Monday-Friday | Flexibile 7-9am start, 8 hour shift.
• Job type: 3-month contract | Full-time

Responsibilities:

• Invoice data entry and ensuring accuracy of payables
• Supporting vendor master data maintenance
• Printing and dispatch of Manual Cheque Orders (MCOs)
• Performing other accounting-related tasks as assigned

Requirements:

• Must be legally eligible to work and reside in Canada.
• 2+ years’ experience in an accounts payable environment
• Post-secondary education in Accounting or a related field
• Strong data entry and typing skills
• A high level of attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• Ability to pass a criminal background check
