London - Automotive Drive-Thru Attendant

Adecco is currently hiring for a full-time friendly and reliable Automotive Drive-Thru Attendant to work for our client Porsche, a world-class company in the automotive manufacturing industry by joining their busy automotive service center in North York, ON.

In this role, you'll be the first point of contact for customers as they arrive for service. You'll assist with check-ins, guide vehicles into service bays, and ensure a smooth and welcoming customer experience. This position requires a clean driving abstract with a full G driver’s license.

  • Pay rate: $18/hour
  • Location: North York, ON (401 and Victoria Park)
  • Shifts: Day Shift
  • Job type: 1 year assignment with possibility of extension, full-time

Qualifications:

  • Ontario G Driver’s License (minimum 3 years) with clean driver’s abstract/CVOR
  • Ability to operate vehicles with both, standard and automatic transmission is required
  • Self-motivated team player, with ability to work with minimum supervision
  • Continuous Improvement mindset and the ability to influence, negotiate and mediate effectively
  • Excellent interpersonal and team building skills and ability to maintain high level of accuracy
  • Time management skills, trustworthy, respectful, and able to demonstrate strong work ethics
  • High school diploma or equivalent is required
  • Must be legally eligible to work in Canada

Responsibilities:

  • Verifies receipt of client vehicles to the dealership service department, inspects and parks vehicles in the lot in an orderly manner
  • Provides first class customer Service ensuring each client receives the appropriate ‘first impression’ of the company and its brand
  • Receive and check in customer vehicles in a timely manner
  • Inspect vehicles for damage and verify condition of vehicle in the presence of the client
  • Assist with the preparation of vehicles for delivery and schedule Customer Shuttle pick up/drop off
  • Responsible for security and storage of vehicle keys and ensure the lot is arranged, organized and free from litter and debris
  • Recording customer concerns and passing them on to the correct contact person
  • Other duties as assigned
