Schedule: Start between 7 AM and 8 AM, end between 3:30 PM and 4:30 PM.

Your role will be to ensure smooth and efficient service, handle customer inquiries, anticipate potential issues, and ensure flawless documentation management.
Your Responsibilities Customer Service & Logistics Coordination- Deliver high-quality customer service by responding to inquiries and anticipating needs.
- Process orders and transportation requests, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Manage delivery-related issues, including delays, incidents, and shipment tracking.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Provide solutions and effective communication between clients and operations.
- Verify and transmit necessary transport and customs documents.
- Ensure internal systems are updated with accurate data.
- Identify and correct errors in purchase orders.
- Oversee document management and ensure compliance with logistics regulations.
- Lead and support the customer service and logistics team (6 people).
- Coordinate workload distribution and assist team members with questions and challenges.
- Participate in recruitment, payroll verification, training, and performance evaluation of staff.
- Degree in logistics, administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 2 to 5 years of experience in logistics, transportation, customer service, or warehousing.
- Strong knowledge of logistics documentation and customs regulations.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and order management tools.
- Customer Service: Strong customer focus, problem-solving, and follow-up skills.
- Organization: Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written skills, with the ability to negotiate and resolve conflicts.
- Team Management: Leadership, team coordination, and staff support.
- Adaptability: Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and handling unforeseen challenges.
Compensation & Benefits Salary: Between $60K and $80K, based on experience and profile.

Full-time: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, on-site.
