Our client in Brampton is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Clerk to join their team on a contract basis. This on-site role involves high-volume transaction processing, with a primary focus on accounts receivable while also supporting accounts payable functions.

Key Responsibilities:
- Process high volumes of AR transactions with speed and accuracy
- Provide support with AP invoice processing and vendor payments
- Perform three-way matching for invoice verification against POs and receiving documents
- Enter, code, and post invoices in the system accurately and on time
- Investigate and resolve discrepancies related to receivables and payables
- Prepare AR aging reports and follow up on outstanding items
- Assist with account reconciliations and month-end reporting
- Maintain organized records for audit readiness and compliance
- Communicate with vendors and internal teams to resolve inquiries
- Utilize SAP and Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs) for tracking and reporting
