General Construction Labourer
At F3 Group, you’ll be part of a team working safely to supply Nova Scotians with exceptional apartment buildings for them to call home!
Compensation and Benefits- Competitive wage: $18.00-$35.00/hour
- 2 weeks of vacation time upon hire

- Company-provided fall arrest equipment
- Full-Time (40 hours/week)
- Monday - Friday
- 8:00 am - 4:00 pm
- Load, unload, and transport construction materials, tools, and equipment
- Assist with framing by measuring, cutting, and handling steel studs and track
- Help with drywall installation by measuring, cutting, and handling drywall sheets
- Support drywall taping/finishing, including mixing and applying joint compound, taping, and sanding
- Clean work areas by removing debris and scraping the floor
- Install batt insulation in walls
- Comply with all safety policies
- No prior job experience required
- Safety equipment (steel-toe shoes, hard hat, high-vis vest, gloves, etc.)
- Comfortable with physically demanding work, construction sites, loud noises, dust, outdoor work
