Warehouse Order Picker / Packer (Part-time)

Adecco is currently hiring several part-time reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Order Picker / Packers for our client’s warehouse operations. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy hands-on work in a fast-paced environment and take pride in accuracy and efficiency.

• Pay Rate: $19.00/hours
• Location: Niagara on the Lake, ON
• Shift: Sunday - Tuesday
• Job type: Temporary | Part-time

Responsibilities:

• Pick products from warehouse shelves using order lists or picking slips
• Pack items securely to prevent damage during shipping
• Verify order accuracy, including correct items, quantities, and condition
• Label packages and prepare shipping documentation
• Use handheld scanners and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Assist with inventory checks and stock replenishment
• Follow company procedures, safety protocols, and productivity targets
• Report damaged goods, shortages, or discrepancies to supervisors

Qualifications and Skills:

• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
• Previous warehouse or order picking experience is an asset
• Must have reliable transportation
• Must be comfortable working in environments with potential exposure to pollen or bees (no related allergies)
• Ability to safely operate an electric pump truck
• Ability to read and follow pick lists and work instructions
• Basic computer skills and experience with scanning devices
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Good time management and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
• Capable of lifting and carrying 20–50 lbs (9–23 kg)
• Ability to bend, reach, and perform repetitive tasks
• Comfortable working in a warehouse setting
• Must be legally eligible to work, and reside in Canada
