Key Responsibilities
Logistics Management- Develop and implement efficient route planning and optimization strategies to reduce costs and improve service quality.
- Oversee vehicle maintenance schedules, ensuring minimal downtime and compliance with safety standards.
- Leverage technology to streamline logistics processes, enhancing accuracy and efficiency.
- Partnership negotiations to lower logistical costs

- Negotiate favorable terms with suppliers and manage supply chain relationships effectively.
- Process and manage supply chain requests, ensuring timely and cost-effective procurement.
- Identify and evaluate CAPEX and OPEX opportunities to improve operational performance.
- Optimize fulfillment processes to meet and exceed customer expectations.
- Implement robust inventory management practices to maintain accurate stock levels.
- Lead initiatives to enhance receiving, sorting, and quality control processes.
- Build and maintain partnerships with recycling partners to support sustainability goals.
- Build customer service protocols to meet operational KPIs.
- Set clear KPIs and manage team performance to align with organizational goals.
- Lead and motivate teams by assigning tasks, managing routines, and fostering a culture of accountability.
- Structure organizational charts to improve clarity and efficiency.
- Support talent acquisition by recruiting top talent and nurturing a strong workplace culture.
- Create educational SOPs for the team weekly
- Drive the adoption of technology across all operational sub-departments.
- Enhance the functionality of warehouse management systems (WMS)
- Integrate software solutions to fully automate processes.
- Manage warehouse space, ensuring efficient utilization and safe storage practices.
- Uphold safety protocols and establish incident response procedures.
- Maintain a high standard of warehouse hygiene and cleanliness.
- Oversee regular maintenance routines, including tasks like filter changes and other facility needs.
- Experience: Minimum of +5 years in operations and logistics, with a proven track record of process improvement and team leadership.
- Licensing: Valid G License with a clean driving record.
- Technical Skills: Strong aptitude for adopting and utilizing technology and software to optimize operations.
