Job Description
  • Lead and manage the construction of Water Treatment and Wastewater Treatment Facility projects from inception to completion, ensuring successful delivery that meets all project specifications.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules to ensure timely completion.
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations.
  • Manage relationships with clients, contractors, and stakeholders.
  • Prepare and present project reports to senior management.
  • Oversee the procurement of materials and resources.
  • Resolve project issues to ensure smooth execution.
  • Promote a culture of continuous improvement within the team.

The Successful Applicant
  • A minimum of 7 years of experience in construction project management with a General Contractor in the ICI and civil sectors, particularly in Water/Wastewater treatment facility projects.
  • A degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
  • Proven experience managing large Institutional, Commercial, Industrial, and Water/Wastewater construction projects valued between $10 million and $100 million.
  • Experience with the commissioning and startup of complex mechanical, process, and electrical systems.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and client relationship skills.
  • Proficiency in project management software.
  • Knowledge of safety regulations and construction standards.
