In-Field Manager - London
Endo Networks is seeking a proactive and highly organized In-Field Manager to lead our dynamic team and to lead our dynamic team, and to oversee and manage the operations of our endcap locations. The In-Field Manager will be responsible for managing and motivating a team of Brand Ambassadors/Lead Generators to drive sales of a whole home water treatment system.
The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership qualities, excellent communication skills, and a proven sales and team management track record. This role requires hands-on involvement in daily operations, including driving performance, conducting training, and providing ongoing support to team members.
Salary: $60,000 - 70,000/year
Key Responsibilities
Scheduling- Create and manage monthly schedules for agents, ensuring optimal staffing levels.
- Coordinate and communicate shift changes and handle last-minute adjustments to address absences.
- Submit bi-weekly reconciliations and ensure compliance with overtime policies.
- Confirm agent readiness for early morning set-ups and troubleshoot on-site issues.
- Visit endcap locations on launch days, verify set-up materials, and liaise with store managers.
- Ensure materials, signage, and displays align with brand guidelines.
- Conduct weekly sales meetings and 1:1 coaching sessions for underperforming agents.
- Provide tailored feedback and actionable plans for skill improvement.
- Lead new hire training sessions (online and in-person), set clear expectations, and ensure readiness.
- Perform weekly inventory checks and replenish promotional materials.
- Distribute uniforms and materials to new hires and maintain an organized inventory system.
- Reconcile and submit payroll data bi-weekly.
- Address agent queries and ensure accurate overtime and bonus calculations.
- Conduct weekly site visits to observe team performance, perform mystery shops, and offer on-the-spot coaching.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with store management teams.
- Maintain daily communication with the team via WhatsApp to share updates, tips, and recognize achievements.
- Provide timely support for team inquiries and motivate agents to achieve sales goals.
- 1-3 years managerial experience in sales or lead generation.
- Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and coach team members.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on customer and team engagement.
- Ability to analyze performance metrics and implement strategies for improvement.
- Prior experience in field marketing or direct sales is an asset.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing business demands and environments.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
