Our client is seeking a dynamic and experienced Chief Finance & Treasury Officer to lead the financial strategy and treasury functions of a leading organization in the real estate sector. Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement financial strategies to optimize cash flow and maximize returns.
  • Oversee the treasury function, including cash management, banking relationships, and investment strategies.
  • Monitor financial performance and provide strategic insights to executive management.
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.
  • Lead financial planning and analysis processes, including budgeting and forecasting.
  • Manage risk assessment and develop strategies to mitigate financial risks.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; MBA or equivalent preferred.
  • Proven experience as a Chief Financial Officer, Treasurer, or similar leadership role.
  • Strong understanding of treasury management, financial markets, and risk management.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Exceptional communication and leadership abilities.
Preferred (Advantageous)
  • Experience in the real estate sector.
  • CFA or similar certification is a plus.
