Inside Sales Representative - Toronto

Adecco is currently seeking a motivated and results driven Inside Sales Representative to join our client’s exciting and rapidly growing food delivery program. In this remote role, you will be responsible for outbound cold calling, prospecting new clients, and building strong relationships with restaurant partners.

Your efforts will directly contribute to the growth of the program, helping bring the best local restaurants to customers' doors. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and are eager to make a significant impact, we want to hear from you!

  • Pay rate: $28/hour.
  • Location: Remote
  • Shifts: Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm
  • Job type: 6-month contract | Full-time

Responsibilities:

  • Make 50+ phone calls daily to prospective clients, managing the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals.
  • Research and identify new prospective clients to expand the client base and contribute to the program’s growth.
  • Schedule and conduct meetings with clients, either virtually or face-to-face, to build long-term, productive relationships.
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and provide ongoing support to restaurant partners.
  • Utilize Salesforce CRM and other internal tools to track leads, manage sales pipelines, and report on performance.

Requirements:

  • Must be legally eligible to work and reside in Canada.
  • Fluency in 2 of 3 languages is required as a minimum - English, Chinese and French
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • New graduates or individuals with up to 2 years of experience in customer service, sales, cold calling, or similar roles.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage clients effectively.
  • Comfortable using various technologies and able to adapt quickly to new tools in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce CRM, Groove, and other internal tools is preferred.
  • Previous cold-calling experience.
  • Experience in tech sales or customer service.
  • Previous startup experience or internship at a fast-growing company.
