What Are We Looking For

As a Project Manager, you will strategically manage and lead projects from conception to completion, ensuring seamless execution, adherence to design intent, and successful delivery within established scope, schedule, and budget. This role demands a blend of design and construction knowledge, along with project and financial management skills, and leadership abilities to navigate complex project dynamics.

You will lead projects to successful execution while meeting client expectations, leveraging your expertise to maintain a collaborative project environment and guide the team through challenges to achieve project objectives with the highest standards of quality and efficiency.

What You Will Do
  • Prepare fee proposals and all related contracts to ensure the fee structure, project schedule, staff allocation and client expectations are clear.
  • Manage all project financial objectives, ensuring projects remain on track and within budget parameters.
  • Lead the design process and create solutions that align and exceed client expectations, ensuring the project intent is captured from the feasibility phase through construction.
  • Ensure the project team has an ongoing and consistent understanding of project schedules and deliverables.
  • Lead project team meetings internally and externally with clients and consultants in collaboration with a variety of stakeholders.
  • Attend site visits and meetings with clients, consultants, and contractors.
  • Manage projects with an awareness of potential areas of risk and liability.
What You Will Bring
  • Diploma/Bachelor's/Master’s degree from an accredited institution in Architecture.
  • 8+ years of experience in managing projects from inception to completion.
  • Proficiency in Revit, Sketch Up, Bluebeam, Adobe Suite and MS Office Suite and ability to review drawings for quality.
  • Strong communication, critical thinking, and effective problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work a hybrid role, with 3 days in our Studio.
