We are in the process of hiring an Administrative Assistant to join our workforce. The role is based in Vancouver, British Columbia. The selected candidate will be expected to handle a plethora of incoming emails, manage file sorting and storage, and perform scanning tasks for tax records.
This role offers a long-term contract employment opportunity.
Responsibilities:
- Handle a large volume of incoming emails, ensuring they are sorted and saved correctly in our client directory.
- Manage the general tax inbox, including sorting, saving emails, and forwarding as necessary.
- Process incoming client records in paper form, ensuring they are scanned and stored appropriately.
- Utilize automatic system to efficiently deliver and file tax returns.
- Ensure accurate data entry and maintenance of customer records.
- Provide exceptional customer service, resolving customer inquiries as they arise.
- Use Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word to manage tasks and track progress.
- Schedule appointments and manage the calendars of team members as needed.
- Answer inbound calls, providing information and assistance to customers.
