Administrative Coordinator / Receptionist

Key Responsibilities
  • Answer, screen and route incoming phone calls.
  • Greet visitors in a professional manner
  • Communicate client requests and meeting changes to internal team members
  • Manage calendars, meeting room bookings and office correspondence.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
  • Perform data entry, filing and other administrative tasks as needed.
  • Monitor and restock office and kitchen supplies
