We are seeking a top-tier Administrative Coordinator / Receptionist who brings a polished, professional presence and takes pride in delivering an exceptional front-office experience.

You’ll be the first point of contact and a key part of keeping day-to-day operations running smoothly. Key Responsibilities- Answer, screen and route incoming phone calls.
- Greet visitors in a professional manner
- Communicate client requests and meeting changes to internal team members
- Manage calendars, meeting room bookings and office correspondence.
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
- Perform data entry, filing and other administrative tasks as needed.
- Monitor and restock office and kitchen supplies
- Prepare and reset meeting rooms between appointments
