The Opportunity
Nelson Education’s Classroom Success Team is seeking a passionate and results-driven Tier 2 Success Specialist to support the implementation and engagement of Edwin within our Tier 2 Enterprise Accounts. This is a part-time, short-term contract position (September to June) with an expected time commitment of 20 hours per account.
Reporting to the Senior Success Lead, you will play a critical role in supporting central board teams during their Edwin adoption period. You will ensure that onboarding, engagement, and implementation milestones are met and that stakeholders are supported throughout the journey.
Key Responsibilities- Lead launch calls with central board teams to align on success criteria and engagement cadence.
- Coordinate onboarding and training sessions using Classroom Success Team resources.
- Customize standard communication templates and follow-up materials.
- Act as the primary point of contact for central board stakeholders, sharing updates and addressing questions.
- Collaborate with the Senior Success Lead on planning and progress check-ins.
- Prepare and deliver mid-year and end-of-year engagement reports, including data-driven insights, outcomes, and recommendations.
- Collect and share feedback to inform internal improvements.
- Contribute to overall account success, ensuring high adoption and meaningful classroom impact.
- Provincially Certified Teacher credentials and post-secondary education required.
- Experience with educational technology platforms and supporting school districts or enterprise clients.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to derive actionable insights from usage data.
- Confident presenter and facilitator, comfortable engaging both educators and administrators.
- Organized and self-directed, capable of managing multiple client accounts simultaneously.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Customer-first mindset and a passion for supporting educators.
- Technologically proficient and adaptable to using digital tools for collaboration and reporting.
- This is a part-time, short-term, and remote position from Sept 2025 to June 2026.
- Each account the Tier 2 Success Specialist takes on will require ~20hrs of work, and will be paid at $1,000 per account.
