• Oversee the Compassionate Use Program, ensuring compliance with existing procedures.
• Coordinate with the Medical Affairs team to review and approve Compassionate Use Program requests.
• Collaborate with the Supply Chain lead to arrange product shipments.
• Keep track of all requests, product, case initiations, renewals, and closures related to the Compassionate Use Program.
• Generate periodic reports and provide analysis related to the Compassionate Use Program.
• Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
• Work with other Administrative Assistants and Medical Affairs colleagues to resolve day-to-day business operations issues and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
• Provide back-up coverage during planned and unplanned absences of team members.
• Assist with general business needs such as photocopying, scanning, binding, and digital filing.
• Undertake additional duties as assigned for various business projects.
