DataNexus is looking for an innovative and customer-obsessed Senior Technical Program Manager to lead large, complex and cross-functional engineering programs spanning Amazon's worldwide shopping ecosystem.

We power experiences like Search, Detail Page, Personalization, Cart and Checkout across all platforms including Amazon.com, mobile and voice shopping. You will shape and drive programs that deliver 100% of the experience builder’s data needs anywhere over the secure, external facing, and singular data plane.

This position requires regular communication with executive management on status, risks and product strategy. Excellent listening, writing skills and strong technical competency are essential. The ideal candidate should focus clearly on both delivery and customers.

You should have experience managing multiple complete product development cycles, possesses highly respected innovative abilities and expert product judgment.

  • 5+ years of technical product or program management experience
  • 7+ years of working directly with engineering teams experience
  • 3+ years of software development experience
  • 5+ years of technical program management working directly with software engineering teams experience
  • Experience managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules- 5+ years of project management disciplines including scope, schedule, budget, quality, along with risk and critical path management experience
  • Experience managing projects across cross functional teams, building sustainable processes and coordinating release schedules
  • Experience defining KPI's/SLA's used to drive multi-million dollar businesses and reporting to senior leadership

The base salary for this position ranges from $128,100/year up to $214,000/year. Salary is based on a number of factors and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
