XPEL, Canada (NASDAQ: XPEL), a leading supplier of automotive paint protection films, window films, ceramic coatings and commercial/residential flat glass film, is currently seeking a Marketing Coordinator.
Summary
The goal of marketing is to raise the kind of awareness that can drive sales for a company, service, or product. The goal of the marketing coordinator is to develop and execute the plans and strategies to accomplish that.
Core Duties
  • Support the Managing Director in evaluating and establishing the marketing plan, setting objectives, planning and organizing promotional presentations, and updating calendars
  • Communicate campaign objectives, timelines, and deliverables to sales team, and provide instructions for use or promotion
  • Plan and manage meetings, events, conferences, and trade shows with the lowest environmental impact, by identifying, assembling, and coordinating requirements, establishing contacts, developing schedules and assignments, and coordinating mailing lists
  • Maintain a directory and inventory of sales support materials, ensuring all resources are current and accurate, and coordinate the creation of new materials as needed
  • Maintain Social media activities for the Canadian market, as well as community management.
Job Requirements
  • Past work experience as a marketing coordinator or similar role
  • Knowledge of traditional and digital marketing, content marketing, and social media marketing (Both B2B and B2C)
  • Excellent writing, communication, and presentation skills in French and English language
  • Proficiency in full Microsoft Office, especially with Excel and Power Point
  • Working knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite, social media management tools and email software
  • Experience working with budgets and forecasting
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, or communications
  • A knowledge of the automotive industry is major plus

You’re up to date on what’s “cool” online - in other words, you’re capable of leveraging industry trends to bring our clients’ channels to the next level of visibility and engagement.

Basically, you’re able to problem solve on the fly, you’re very personable, and you have experience in a fast-paced marketing environment.

Exigences du poste :

  • Connaissance du marketing traditionnel et numérique, du marketing de contenu et du marketing sur les réseaux sociaux (B2B et B2C).
  • Excellentes compétences en rédaction, communication et présentation en français et en anglais.
  • Maîtrise de la suite Microsoft Office, en particulier Excel et Power Point.
  • Connaissance pratique de la suite Adobe Creative, des outils de gestion des réseaux sociaux et des logiciels de messagerie.
  • Expérience de travail avec des budgets et des prévisions.
  • Diplôme universitaire en marketing, publicité ou communication.
  • Une connaissance de l'industrie automobile est un atout majeur.
