Business Analyst

This is a 12-month contract position offering a competitive hourly rate of $73. The role offers a hybrid work schedule with 3 days in the office and 2 days remote.

• Location: Toronto, ON (Hybrid - 3 Days in Office, 2 Days Remote)
• Shifts: Monday-Friday 9:00am-5:00pm
• Job type: 12-month contract | Full-time

Responsibilities:

• Lead customer analytics for a team of Google sales leads.
• Act as a business consultant in measurement and analytics.
• Provide data-driven insights to clients to help them make informed decisions.
• Develop and execute analytical strategies to optimize business performance.
• Lead the adoption and integration of measurement products.
• Manage and foster long-term client relationships.
• Deliver high-quality, actionable deliverables to clients, ensuring consistency and excellence.

Requirements:

• Must be legally eligible to work and reside in Canada.
• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science).
• 4+ years of experience in a data analysis role.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and present actionable insights.
• Proficiency with SQL and other data analysis tools.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively in a team setting.
• Experience with Google Analytics and other marketing analytics tools is an asset.
• Familiarity with machine learning and artificial intelligence concepts.
• Experience in a consulting or client-facing role is a plus.
