What you will do::

  • Operations – Ensure efficient (process driven) and profitable branch and distribution centre operations.
  • Sales/customer service – Guarantee prompt, efficient customer service and profitable sales growth
  • Personnel – Maintaining adequate staffing to meet company and customers’ needs in the most efficient and economical manner.
  • Financials – Ensure profitability goals are met through sales growth, margins improvement and expense control. Be responsible for the PNL.

What you will bring::

  • Bachelor’s degree (B.A.) in business or commerce degree from college or university; five to ten years’ related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience/training is a must.
  • Proven leadership and supervisory skills with at least seven years’ experience managing and supervising employees.
  • Ability to read financial statements, calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume.
  • Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and DBS
  • Valid driver’s license is a must.
