You will also play a pivotal role in maintaining customer records and handling inquiries.

Responsibilities:

• Efficiently process customer credit applications
• Preserve accurate customer credit records
• Collaborate with stakeholders, including sales teams
• Work in a technical accounting environment, dealing with debits and credits
• Ensure timely and accurate month-end procedures
• Handle bank account reconciliations for multiple accounts
• Conduct balance sheet reconciliations
• Work through manual Journal Entries
• Utilize accounting software systems and CRM for data management
• Apply data mining techniques and use Crystal Reports for data analysis
• Manage capital and perform accrual accounting functions
• Use Excel for data management, including V look ups and pivot tables.
