Responsibilities:
- Strong understanding and dedication to customer needs.
- Demonstrates a high level of responsiveness to urgency
- Process orders and manage all aspects of the sales order cycle.
- Answers Plumbing calls, requests and offers solutions to customer inquiries
- Provides quotations, technical support, literature, and other support/materials for customers
- Review and maintain quote logs and assist with follow-up as required
- Pro-actively communicates pricing discrepancies to achieve margin expectations and minimize invoicing disputes
- Develops long-lasting relationships with customers and key vendor partners
- Participates in supporting branch sales objectives and is accountable for helping to achieve sales results (revenue, gross margin, account targets)
- Possess the patience and determination to provide a positive experience to our customers
- Ability to handle challenging requests by providing solutions to any problems
- Collaborates with the branch team to provide excellent customer service and follow up
- Effectively promotes Noble value proposition and ‘brand’
- Participates in trade shows, training and associated product meetings where appropriate
- Ability to efficiently categorize each task by importance to ensure deadlines are met.
- Other related duties as assigned to support the business
Qualifications:
Must Haves:
- Superior customer service skills
- Well organized, be able to multitask, and work well under pressure
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Team-oriented, with the ability to develop a strong rapport with coworkers
- Self-starter, who is able to take initiative and work well independently
- Knowledge of, or the willingness to learn and advance skills
- Ability to take direction and execute tasks quickly and efficiently Inside
- Demonstrated interpersonal, problem solving, and communication skills to effectively build a positive relationship with team members and customers
- Capacity for attention to detail with the ability to meet deadlines and work effectively within time constraints
- Ability to thrive in a performance-focused and results-oriented environment
- Strong relationship building ability
- Valid Ontario Driver’s License with consistent access to a personal vehicle
Nice to Haves:
- Previous experience in Plumbing sales and/or customer service is a strong asset
- Technical Plumbing knowledge
- Experience using Word, Excel, and Outlook is an asset
