Senior Manager, People & Culture Business Partner
In this role, you will develop people insights, people plans, talent review, and building strategic partnerships with business leaders. You will be accountable for the identification and retention of high potential employees and critical roles, supporting business strategy, and drive culture transformation, engagement, and change across all client groups.
As an advisor, you will also provide day-to-day leadership coaching for your client groups. Who you'll work with Reporting to the Director, and Senior Business Partner Lead, you will have end-to-end accountability and advisory for your client groups which encompass teams within our Corporate functions and Investment functions.
You will partner closely with business clients up to Senior Managing Director level leaders. You will work with all P&C Partners as the main business partner representative for your client groups. You will operate with minimal guidance on day-to-day activities, consulting with your Director, P&C Business Partner as a sounding board.
What you'll do Act as a strategic partner, advisor, and confidant to senior executive client groups, offering advice on planning/development, performance management, organizational changes, compensation, employee retention, employee engagement, organizational structure, talent review, workforce planning, communication, and attracting and retaining talent.
Drive a high-performance culture within your client groups by ensuring a strong people strategy that is aligned with business strategy. Provide advice on strategies to build culture and values while monitoring culture metrics to discuss progress and actions.
Diagnose business issues and strategic goals, developing effective talent solutions and interventions that deliver against key priorities. Leads the delivery of Talent Review in partnership with our Talent COE. Understands both high level business plans as well as employee details and brings forward a unique business perspective and/or challenges to drive change.
Understands the market and strategic team objectives for their client groups and partners with the business to build a workforce plan that includes the organization needs, required competencies, bolstered strengths, talent requirements and overall alignment to budgets and KPIs.
Provide change management and organization design support for organizational changes and projects that impact people roles, reporting structure, performance goals/standards, and behaviors. Partner with P&C regarding all P&C cyclical processes including Performance Management, Compensation, Talent Review, and reporting for your client groups.
Manage and provide guidance on employee relations and performance management issues within your client groups. What you'll need Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, related area of study, or equivalent experience required. CHRL designation preferred. Minimum of 10 years of human resources, talent, executive coaching, or human capital consulting experience.
Ability to think strategically, and a demonstrated track record of implementing scalable solutions. Strong critical thinking skills and capabilities to leverage data and insights to inform talent strategies and decisions Demonstrated emotional intelligence to establish trust, maintain confidential information, and foster strong relationships with business leaders, partners, and top talent.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Passionate, self-motivated, and inspiring to developing leaders. Comfortable cultivating relationships inside and outside of the organization. Ability to partner effectively and work in a dynamic, fast-paced, and agile environment.
Demonstrated experience coaching leaders.
