Responsibilities:
Your day-to-day with us:
As an FP&A Analyst, you’ll be a key player in our financial processes and have the opportunity to:
- Assist with financial reporting: Help prepare monthly financial reports and presentations for the leadership team and investors.
- Track costs and financial projections: Contribute to the management of SG&A cost reports, as well as quarterly (forecast) and annual (budget) financial projections.
- Support the review of financial projections: Participate in analyzing and reviewing financial forecasts for the group.
- Analyze investor requests: Provide detailed analysis to support internal or investor requests.
- Optimize internal processes: Collaborate on continuous improvements to KPI tracking processes.
- Validate financial data: Contribute to validating financial information across various information systems.
- Work closely with all finance teams: Collaborate with local and remote finance teams and support cost center managers with financial analysis and management.
Qualifications:
What sets you apart:
- Degree in Accounting or Finance (required)
- FP&A experience (a plus)
- Proficiency in Excel and Office 365 suite (intermediate/advanced required)
- Knowledge of D365 and Adaptive (a plus)
- Fluent communication in French and English, both written and verbal: Given the diversity of our team and the need to communicate with local, pan-Canadian, and international clients and partners, the ability to understand and communicate in both languages is a must
- Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work
- Agility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
