The work: Support clients through transformational change, enabling them to become more agile, resilient, and future-ready. Develop human-centered change strategies that align with business objectives and public sector needs. Apply change management methodologies and tools to drive stakeholder engagement, communications, and capability building.
Support the design and implementation of change strategies, including cultural shifts, workforce transformation, and digital adoption. Conduct change impact assessments and readiness analyses to guide implementation. Facilitate collaboration among stakeholders, leveraging tools such as predictive analytics, engagement platforms, and persona-based experience design.
Partner with teams to track and measure change adoption, identifying areas for reinforcement and continuous improvement. Contribute to business development by supporting proposals, research, and practice development efforts. Be an active part of the Talent & Organization community by sharing knowledge, best practices, and insights.
