Our client, a growing Financial Services company in Vancouver, BC is seeking an experienced and driven capital raising and Investor Relations Professional to join their team and spearhead fundraising efforts for their private debt offering and to play a key role in growing their alternative lending platform.
In this role, the Manager, Capital and Investor Relations, will use expert communication skills and a keen sense of initiative to spot fund raising opportunities, develop relationships with potential partners, and manage fund raising campaigns while moving them closer to its assets-under-management and financial goals.The Manager, Capital and Investor Relations, will be tasked, among other things, with growing the investor base with qualified high net worth and ultra-high net worth individuals, family offices, discretionary portfolio managers, and institutional investors.
You will be tasked with raising funds and managing investors for a series of capital vehicles, including their private credit limited partnership, that will be deployed in their asset-based lending investments.
