What is the opportunity?

As a Marketing Coordinator with the Avion Rewards Marketing Team, you will support key marketing campaigns and initiatives and help manage the administrative and operational execution of a wide variety of brand and integrated marketing projects.

You will work closely with the Marketing Director, Marketing Managers and other partners, including internal cross-functional teams and external agencies, to implement marketing strategies and execute integrated marketing campaigns. You will support in building brand awareness and loyalty, driving program acquisition and engagement, and ultimately delivering strong results against business objectives.

What will you do?
  • Support with the planning and execution of integrated mass campaigns and special projects for Avion Rewards including completing requests and intake forms, gathering stakeholder and legal approvals, coordination with agency partners, copywriters and designers, and requesting translation.
  • Employ foundational project management skills and best practices to streamline operations and execution and proactively identify gaps and risks through the consistent use of work back schedules, meeting agendas, meeting notes and action items summaries.
  • Monitor campaign performance, generate and track results, optimization, and prepare consolidated reporting.
  • Liaise with key business partners including internal cross-functional teams, and third-party agencies to support end-to-end program execution from briefing to reporting.
  • Manage adhoc requests and projects and provide general marketing support across the team.

What do you need to succeed?

Must-have
  • 1-2 years of relevant marketing, partnership, or sponsorship experience.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and problem-solving skills, including the ability to identify and resolve detailed challenges and/or complex issues.
  • High level proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, Word and the ability to master new computer software.
  • Ability to work with minimum and as a part of the larger team.
  • Ability to thrive and multi-task in a fast-paced, exciting environment.
  • Client focused; results-oriented; creative; organized.
Nice-to-have
  • Basic knowledge and understanding of loyalty programs and loyalty industry.
  • Undergraduate degree (ideally in Advertising or Marketing).
  • Experience in social, digital, and content production.
