Job Description

Oversee the management, configuration, and maintenance of servers, networks, and systems.
Provide technical support and guidance to staff and management, troubleshooting issues as needed.
Collaborate with healthcare teams to implement IT solutions that support resident care and operational workflows.
Manage system updates, patches, and software deployments to ensure smooth operations.
Monitor system performance and proactively identify opportunities for improvement or risk mitigation.

The Successful Applicant

5+ years as a Systems Administrator, with a focus on healthcare or senior living environments preferred.
Strong knowledge of ERP management, networking, and cloud services.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
Familiarity with Yardi modules includes: Payscan, VenderCafe, POS, Senior CRM, EHR for Care etc
Bonus: Bilingual (French and English)
