We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity for a General Office Clerk in the Food & Food Processing industry, based in Cambridge, Ontario, Canada. This role is primarily centered around the processing of sales orders, investigating and resolving any errors, and maintaining accurate records.

The successful candidate will need to think logically, be detail-oriented, and possess a high degree of technical proficiency.

Responsibilities:
  • Accurately process customer orders and resolve any errors using specific error codes
  • Maintain and organize customer records in a systematic manner
  • Utilize Microsoft Excel to manage and process data efficiently
  • Use SAP (if familiar) to assist in processing orders and maintaining records
  • Independently handle customer inquiries and issues, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction
  • Utilize Microsoft Word and Outlook for communication and documentation purposes
  • Maintain a highly organized filing system for customer records
  • Continuously monitor customer accounts and take necessary actions when needed
  • Work in a hybrid model after initial training, demonstrating the ability to work independently
  • Use technical skills to resolve order processing issues.
