Bilingual Inside Sales Representative
In this role, you’ll be responsible for making 50+ outbound calls daily, engaging with potential customers, and managing the full sales cycle from initial contact to closing deals. You’ll also build and maintain strong customer relationships using Salesforce and other CRM tools.

- Pay rate: $26.68/hour.
- Location: REMOTE
- Shifts: Monday-Friday 9:00am-5:00pm
- Job type: 6-month contract | Full-time

Responsibilities:
- Make 50+ outbound sales calls daily to engage leads and promote products/services
- Own the full sales cycle from outreach to closing deals
- Develop lasting customer relationships and understand their needs
- Stay current on product offerings and industry competitors
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
Requirements:
- Must be legally eligible to work and reside in Canada.
- Fluent in French and English (spoken and written)
- New grad or up to 2 years of experience in sales, cold calling, or customer service
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
- Tech-savvy, with experience using CRM tools like Salesforce
- High-energy, self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment
- Organized with excellent multitasking abilities
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Experience with cold calling or inside sales
- Experience with SaaS or technical products a plus
