Primary Objectives of the Role
CSN Collision is currently seeking to hire an Account Manager. This role is primarily dedicated to representing CSN’s key point of contact with the assigned account(s). This role is responsible for addressing and monitoring insurer/shop inquiries, file escalations, and investigating and updating assignment status on business management systems employed by CSN, the insurer and other partners.
Summary
The Account Manager represents the key point of contact for CSN’s largest insurer account(s). Reporting to the National Director- Insurance Services, the duties of the Account Manager position include but are not limited to the following:
- Creating efficiencies and supporting the process of assignments and information exchange between the insurer and the CSN network.
- Document, monitor and update customer/adjuster escalation inquiries
- Validate payments to shops.
- Respond to rental vehicle inquiries
- Support to internal team(s) to implement program initiatives
- Liaise directly with the Insurance Adjustors/Call Centre staff, CSN Corporate staff, CSN shop personnel and clients as appropriate.
- Respond to communications/requests emails initiated by the insurer(s) and internal departments.
- Represent CSN and its Licensees with integrity and professionalism at industry events
Requirements
Education and Qualifications- University Degree or equivalent education and experience
- Willingness to complete CIP courses as directed by the employer
- Experience in the automobile repair service environment and/or claims adjudication is desirable.
- Bilingual an asset
- Open concept office environment
- While this role is remote, the candidate must be based within Canada.
- This role will principally be assigned to the insurer’s business location(s) and/or on-line working environment depending on applicant’s location
- Independent travel to client locations, conferences and other industry events for up to 50% of the typical work week and annual commute
- Other travel requirements may include overnight stay and long-haul flights
- If you are based in GTA or surrounding locations - the candidate is expected to be in the office 2 days a week.
- Must have a valid Driver’s license and in good standing
