Veterinary Receptionist/Assistant

London, ON | From CA$20/hour | Full-Time

Highbury North Pet Hospital is a locally owned, independent veterinary clinic providing quality, personalized, compassionate care to pets and their people. We're looking for a friendly, organized Veterinary Receptionist/Assistant to join our close-knit team!

What You'll Do:

• Greet clients and pets with warmth and professionalism
• Schedule appointments, manage calls, and handle invoices
• Maintain accurate medical records
• Assist with patient handling when needed
• Help keep the clinic clean and organized
• Educate clients on basic care and treatment plans

What We're Looking For:

• 2+ years of experience in a veterinary clinic is a must (Reception or Assistant)
• Excellent communication & multitasking skills
• Team player with a love for animals
• Comfortable using computer systems (Avimark is a plus)

Ability to follow/adhere to protocols/standards
