Principal Process Engineer (Minerals & Metals)
Wood Minerals and Metals business currently has an exciting opportunity for a Principal Process Engineer, ideally based in either our Salt Lake City Utah office or Houston, Texas office, but other locations will also be considered. The ideal candidate will have extensive mineral processing and metallurgical experience, with strong knowledge of Hydrometallurgy, and experience working on Lithium projects, preferably with a Consulting/Engineering company.
This is a strategic position; this individual will play a pivotal role in the early phases of minerals & metals projects. The Principal Process Engineer acts as a Subject Matter Expert to assist the Project Development Group in winning work from Desktop and Concept to Definitive Feasibility Study phases by enhancing the technical depth of Wood capability.The Principal Process Engineer remains active within the industry, to improve and promote Wood’s image as a leading Minerals and Metals execution house.
