CRM Analytics Specialist - (Tableau/Einstein)

Responsibilities:

• Architect data and transformation processes, including dataflows and datasets, and create dashboards.
• Display complex quantitative data in a simple, intuitive format and present findings in a clear and concise manner.
• Use a Data Prep recipe in CRM Analytics to clean, transform, and enrich data before loading it into one or more targets.
• Partner with Salesforce Admins and Developers to ensure all development meets enterprise standards.
• Support the BI Team with data analysis, statistical models, reporting insights, automation, dashboards, and performance measurement to assist in developing business strategies.
• Establish KPIs and success metrics for initiatives, products, and services, overseeing the design and delivery of reports and insights.
