Compensation:

- This position will be responsible for efficiently operating and troubleshooting various pieces of production equipment, on all production lines, in a safe manner. A strong focus on housekeeping and product quality is required.
- Basic computer skills. Some data entry may be required.
- Strong mathematical skills
- Must be able to read and write English as there is a strong possibility of injury to self or others due to nature of work
- Ability to work shift work (evenings/afternoons/weekends) on 8hr as well as well as 12hr rolling schedule
- Previous Manufacturing (Production/Quality) experience preferred
- Forklift experience, preference will be given to individuals with a Forklift Certificate
- Problem-solving skills along with the ability to troubleshoot machine problems and make adjustments as necessary
- Team player who shows initiative, reliability and flexibility
- Other duties as assigned
- Frequently lifting/carrying a maximum of 50 lbs
- Occasionally pushing/pulling/lifting a maximum of 100 lbs. (with the aid of a mechanical device)
- Frequent bending and reaching above the shoulder
