Accounts Payable Clerk

In this role, you will play an essential part in supporting the accounts payable process while contributing to inventory and documentation tasks.

Responsibilities:

• Accurately process accounts payable transactions, handling a daily volume of approximately 20 invoices.
• Maintain and update a paperless filing system to ensure efficient record-keeping.
• Assist with data entry related to daily production and inventory management.
• Support customer documentation tasks, including invoicing, as required.
• Update and manage existing Excel spreadsheets for shipment tracking and other operational needs.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth workflow and address any challenges.
• Learn and utilize company-specific software, such as SYSPRO job functions.
