Our client is seeking for a friendly and organized Receptionist to join their team on a contract basis in Edmonton, Alberta. In this role, you will support front desk operations, assist with administrative tasks, and provide excellent service to clients and tenants in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Greet visitors and respond to tenant inquiries as the first point of contact.
  • Manage incoming calls using a multi-line phone system.
  • Process accounts payable, including matching invoices to purchase orders and data entry.
  • Resolve invoice discrepancies and ensure proper coding with internal teams.
  • Handle email correspondence and maintain organized records.
  • Assist with scheduling, filing, and general office administration.
  • Use Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word) for daily tasks.
  • Maintain a professional and welcoming reception area.
  • Support tenant communications and follow up on pending tasks with team members.
