Role Overview
We are looking for a detail-oriented Financial Analyst to join our Finance team. Reporting to the Senior Financial Analyst, you will play a key role in financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and data analysis to support strategic decision-making.This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements
Requirements- Assist in financial reporting, including monthly, quarterly, and annual reports.
- Support the budgeting and forecasting process, ensuring accuracy and alignment with company goals.
- Conduct variance analysis and provide insights on financial performance.
- Analyze key financial and operational data to identify trends and business opportunities.
- Prepare ad-hoc financial models and reports to support management decisions.
- Assist with cost analysis and profitability assessments for different business units.
- Utilize Power Query and Power BI to automate and visualize financial data.
- Work with cross-functional teams to streamline financial processes and improve efficiency
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- Working towards CPA or CFA certification is strongly preferred.
- 1-3 years of experience in financial analysis, accounting, or a related role.
- Strong proficiency in Excel, Power Query, and Power BI for data analysis and visualization.
- Experience with NetSuite (preferred) or other ERP systems.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to present financial data to non-finance stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Mandarin is preferred.
- Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
