Company Information:

We are a Panago Pizza Store in Victoria. We need a cook to join our team.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Responsible for preparing and making pizzas according to the restaurant's menu and customer requests.
• Prepare dough and ingredients for making pizzas.
• Maintain the number of Pizza made daily to ensure the availability of pizzas
• Schedule and supervise kitchen helpers
• Oversee and set up foods making operations and process
• Maintain inventory and records of ingredients, supplies and equipment for pizza and other foods, order supplies if needed.
• Ensure and maintain cleanliness of foods production and kitchen work areas.
• Assist to plan menus, determine size of pizza portions, estimate food requirements and costs, and monitor and order supplies of pizza and other foods
• May hire and train pizza production helpers.

Qualifications and skills:

• Completion of secondary school is required.
• 3-5 years of experience working as a cook in Pizza or fast-food restaurant is required.
• 3 years above of experience in foods cooking and preparing is required.
• Experience in supervising kitchens is strongly preferred.
• A minimum requirement for this position is the ability to communicate in fluent English
• Mandarin or Cantonese as an asset.

Wage: Basic Wage is $38 per hour.
