Server
Servers lead the Guest Experience at the table and ensure our Guests have everything they need from appitizers to desserts. Masters of situational service, they tailor their style to meet the needs of our Guests. Servers are responsible for the accuracy of the entire order as well as maintaining a positive and Guest focused attitude through the entire experience.They demonstrate and believe in championing a fun and safe work environment and contribute to a thriving workplace culture.
Job Responsibilities:
- Greet and seat customers in a friendly and timely manner.
- Take accurate food and drink orders and relay them to the kitchen staff.
- Serve food and beverages to customers.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing any concerns or special requests.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, lounge.
- Conducting a quality check to ensure the guests’ expectations are met and exceeded
- Constantly observing tables by being visible and readily available to assist guests with any requests
- Busing the table as soon as the guests are finished by clearing plates, cutlery, condiments, etc.
- Follow all health and safety regulations and Boston Pizza and Company Standards and Policies.
- Any other restaurant related duties assigned by supervisor/ manager
- In the absence of a bartender, servers must resume all duties and responsibilities of a bartende
- In the absence of a host/hostess, servers must resume all duties and responsibilities of a host/hostess
- Completing daily checklists, weekly cleaning lists, and other operational checklists
- Cleaning and maintenance of facility and equipment; paying special attention to dining room, lounge, and patio area.

Qualifications:
Education is an asset, but no minimum requirement
ProServe certification (Alberta)
Min 2 years guest service experience in hospitality business
Previous Boston Pizza experience is an asset.
