Key Responsibilities

As a Temporary Property Accountant, you will:

• Execute full-cycle accounting for assigned properties.
• Prepare month-end financial statements and management reports, including variance analysis and reconciliations, accurately and on time.
• Process management fee billings, rent roll billings, tenant chargebacks, and tax filings/remittances (GST, PST, and non-resident tax).
• Assist with tracking capital expenditures and preparing cash flow and monthly distributions.
• Complete tenant account reconciliations, update property recovery matrices, and handle lease amendments in Yardi Voyager.
• Support year-end audit preparations and compile CAM/Tax recovery reconciliations for tenant billings.
• Coordinate with Property Managers to prepare annual property budgets and forecasts.
