Our client is a very established Construction Management Firm that has been around for over 20 years specializing in Civil and Industrial projects specifically WWTP (Wastewater Treatment Plant projects). Job Description- Assist the Project Manager in planning, scheduling, and managing daily construction operations for Waste Water Treatment Plant projects mostly working from the project site.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project progression.
- Monitor and report on project progress, including work completed, resource allocation, and cost control.
- Assist in reviewing project plans, specifications, and contracts to ensure compliance with regulatory and design requirements.
- Support the preparation and submission of project documentation such as RFIs, submittals, change orders, and progress reports.
- Participate in site inspections, quality control, and safety meetings to ensure adherence to company and regulatory standards.
- Track project costs and assist in managing budgets to avoid overruns.
- Collaborate with the project team to resolve any issues or delays that may arise during construction.
- Help maintain accurate and organized project records and documentation.
- Support procurement activities, including ordering materials and equipment needed for project execution.
- Assist in coordinating testing and commissioning activities in collaboration with engineers and client representatives.
- Foster a positive working relationship with clients, subcontractors, and project team members.

The Successful Applicant- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in construction project management, preferably in *wastewater treatment plant or heavy civil Lump Sum projects*.
- Strong understanding of civil construction methods, project management principles, and safety regulations.
- Familiarity with project management software (e.g., Procore, MS Project, Primavera) and MS Office Suite.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Knowledge of wastewater treatment processes and relevant environmental regulations is a plus.
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel to project sites as required
- $100,000 - 120,000+ base salary plus package
- Strong pipeline of projects throughout the GTA and Ontario
