Job Description
Senior Estimator - Waterproofing - GTARole Responsibilities:
- Perform full tender process from invitation to submission
- Conduct quantity take-offs and cost estimations
- Review scope and complete bid forms
- Conduct site visits and attend bid interviews
- Communicate and negotiate with suppliers
- Prepare RFIs (Request for Information) with clients
- Maintain the tender tracker and track submissions
- Follow up with clients throughout the bidding process
- Review production with the operations team
- Mentor and train junior team members
- Present bid opportunities to management
- Seek new waterproofing opportunities
- Bring new clients and business to the company
- Proactively seek out fresh avenues for waterproofing projects, utilising industry networks, market analysis, and strategic partnership

The Successful Applicant
Senior Estimator - Waterproofing - GTASkills & Experience- 5+ years construction experience
- 4+ years Estimation experience
- Specific Waterproofing estimating experience
- Experience working for a Waterpoofing focused sub-trade would be an advantage
- Additional experience in either Formwork, Shoring or Excavation & Demolition would be an asset.

A basic salary of up to $130,000 (depending upon experience)
