Responsibilities:
- Operate motorized power equipment (e.g., pallet jacks, forklifts) safely and efficiently
- Load trailers and palletize boxes accurately based on store and route assignments
- Perform general shipping and receiving duties, including unloading trailers and verifying POS shipments
- Lift and handle boxes weighing up to 50 lbs consistently throughout the shift
- Support packaging tasks, such as taping open boxes, assembling new boxes, and preparing outbound loads
- Ensure product is organized, labeled, and stored in compliance with warehouse standards
- Follow all safety guidelines and maintain a clean and hazard-free work environment
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet daily shipping and receiving targets
Qualifications:
- Valid or willing to obtain Motorized Power Equipment Operator (MPEO) certification
- Experience working in a warehouse or distribution environment preferred
- Comfortable lifting up to 50 lbs and performing repetitive physical tasks
- Ability to operate or learn to operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other equipment
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling inventory
- Must be a dependable team player with a positive attitude
- Flexibility to work various shifts and adapt to changing workload demands
- Must be legally eligible to work, and reside in Canada
