The Opportunity:

You’ll play a vital role in managing and optimizing our analytics processes, ensuring we continue to deliver best-in-class support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary resource for workforce administration and reporting for major clients in the CPG industry.
• Manage and maintain Salesforce as an administrator, ensuring data integrity and optimizing workflows.
• Utilize Salesforce CMRA to build and manage reports, dashboards, and insights for workforce tracking.
• Support the management of relational databases, extracting and analyzing data efficiently using SQL and APIs.
• Create and maintain Power BI dashboards to provide data-driven insights.
• Develop and maintain Excel-based reporting tools and PowerPoint presentations for client communications.
• Translate complex technical concepts into actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders.
• Assist in project management tasks to ensure deadlines and deliverables are met.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation in workforce reporting.
• Communicate effectively with both internal teams and client stakeholders, delivering actionable insights and recommendations.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Data Science, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Proven experience working with Salesforce at an administrator level; Salesforce certifications are a strong asset.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce CMRA for reporting and dashboard building.
• Understanding of relational databases and experience using SQL (or willingness to learn/upgrade).
• Proficiency in Power BI (or similar BI tools) for data visualization and reporting.
• Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills, including data modeling, pivot tables, and presentation design.
• Sharp problem-solving skills and the ability to synthesize data into meaningful business insights.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to simplify technical concepts for various audiences.
• High-energy, highly organized, self-motivated, and resourceful, with a passion for data and continuous learning.
