The successful incumbent requires excellent organization, interpersonal and team-building skills; and the ability to deal tactfully with all levels of personnel, students, and the general public. The incumbent also requires the ability to meet constant deadlines, interruptions and to adapt with flexibility in job duties.
Good organizational skills and the ability to exercise a high level of discretion are essential. Responsibilities may include but are not limited to: Provides secretarial support to the administrator, which includes handling of confidential material Performs all accounting and bookkeeping functions, according to Division policies and procedures Completes reports such as Report of Staff Members, EA timesheets, etc.
and compiles appropriate paperwork Maintains student and employee absence reporting system and generates applicable reports Maintains school inventory Greets and screens visitors and appointments; answers all phone calls Types, formats, and proofreads a variety of material including: correspondence, minutes, agendas, policies, procedures, etc.
