We are currently looking to hire an Administrative Assistant to join our team. This role is crucial for maintaining the smooth day-to-day operations of our office.
Responsibilities
Tasks- Establish and implement policies and procedures
- Determine and establish office procedures and routines
- Plan, develop and implement recruitment strategies
- Schedule and confirm appointments
- Manage contracts
- Answer telephone and relay telephone calls and messages
- Answer electronic enquiries
- Compile data, statistics and other information
- Oversee the preparation of reports
- Oversee payroll administration
- Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate daily operations
- Open and distribute regular and electronic incoming mail and other material and co-ordinate the flow of information
- Provide customer service
- Perform basic bookkeeping tasks
- 3-4 people
Languages
English or French
Education- Education
- College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year
- or equivalent experience
